Return and Exchange Policy
Need to return an item?
We are so confident in our select product line all purchases at DrKovakSkinCare.com are backed up by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return the unused portion in its original packaging with in 30 days of the receipt date of your shipment.
If you would like to return an item, please notify us by phone (630-758-0470) or by email with in 30 days after receiving your order. After 30 days, we will not accept returns or exchanges. When reporting defects, please provide your account number and a description of the defect. We will give you a return authorization number to include on the return package. The invoice must be included with the return package.
If the merchandise is defective or if we made an error, we will pay all shipping charges for returns or exchanges. Please note that for certain products, a restocking fee may apply.

FedEx Two-Day Freight | $15.45
FedEx Overnight Freight | $19.95
One shipment per order. All products will be shipped together. Most products ship within 1 business day depending on demand and availability. Please review the product availability listed for each product in your order for a more accurate delivery estimate. Once the order ships, please allow 3 - 5 business days for FedEx Standard depending on your location. FedEx Standard Service is not available to Hawaii or Alaska.
